Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is the brain of your Chatish AI agent. It allows you to upload your specific business documents and scrape your website URLs so the AI can answer questions accurately based on your actual data.

It prevents hallucinations and ensures the chatbot only provides answers relevant to your products, services, and policies.
How to manage
You can manage your files directly in your dashboard under the "Knowledge Base" section. Upload PDFs, Text files, or provide website URLs.
Embed Your Chatbot
Ready to show your agent to the world? Adding Chatish AI to your website is as simple as copying and pasting a single script tag into your HTML.

Voice Capabilities
Chatish AI integrates directly with Vapi to provide lightning-fast, natural voice interactions. Once configured in your dashboard, users can click the microphone icon in your widget to speak directly to your agent, which will respond using text-to-speech based on your Knowledge Base.
Conversations & Inbox
Every interaction your chatbot has with a visitor is logged securely. You can review all conversation histories, understand user intents, and monitor chatbot performance directly from your dashboard's Conversations tab.
Usage Limits
Your plan determines your monthly limits for messages, knowledge base size, and team members. You can track your current usage metrics in the dashboard to ensure you don't hit your limits unexpectedly.
Billing
Subscription management and billing history are handled securely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard settings.
