Please read these terms carefully before using Chatish AI.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Chatish AI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.
2. Description of the Service
Chatish AI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, configure, and embed AI chatbots on their websites. The service includes tools to upload business knowledge (such as documents or URLs) and an inbox to monitor and manage customer interactions.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Chatish AI is a paid service offered on a monthly subscription basis. We currently offer three subscription plans:
- Starter: $49 per month (allows up to 3 team members).
- Growth: $89 per month (allows up to 6 team members).
- Pro: $149 per month (allows up to 10 team members).
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, allowing you to retain access to the service until that billing period concludes.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
Plan upgrades may take effect immediately, and may be subject to prorated billing depending on the payment provider. Plan downgrades normally take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
7. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where explicitly required by law.
8. Usage Limits
Your chosen subscription plan includes defined usage allowances. When an applicable usage limit is reached, AI responses and related features are restricted until the usage allowance resets or the plan is upgraded.
9. Third-Party Services and Vapi Billing
The service may integrate with third-party providers, including Vapi for voice agent capabilities. If you utilize the Vapi integration, you must maintain your own account with Vapi. Vapi charges are maintained and billed separately by Vapi according to their own pricing and usage rules. Chatish AI is not responsible for any fees incurred through Vapi.
10. Customer Data Responsibilities
You are entirely responsible for the data, documents, URLs, and information you upload to the Chatish AI knowledge base. You must ensure you have the appropriate rights to use and distribute such content.
11. Service Availability and Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.
12. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any unacceptable use of the platform.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
